2GoKiosk Terms and Conditions

PRODUCT WARRANTY
 
1.1 Hardware
  2GoKiosk, Inc.(*)warrants that the Product or Part thereof supplied by 2GoKiosk will be free of defects in material and workmanship provided for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of manufacture or initial shipment, however, that 2Gokiosk liability under said warranty shall be limited to replacing, repairing, or refunding (is paid) or crediting account for purchase price, of any supplied Product of Part thereof. Extenede warranty coverage is available. 2Gokiosk shall not responsible for any financial claims or other product related damages as a result of its use in customer’s products or systems.
  This warranty is applicable only if 2Gokiosk receives written notice of such defect, within said twelve (12) month period. A Returned Materials Authorizations (RMA) number must be obtained from 2Gokiosk prior to returning goods. The returned package shall be shipped to Insync with all freights prepaid by the Customer. Any package shall be shipped to Insync with all freights prepaid by the Customer. Any package returned without RMA No.shall be rejected and shipped back at Customer’s expense. Prior to sending in systems, customer shall backup all valuable data.
  If the returned Product or Part thereof supplied by 2Gokiosk was rendered defective through misapplication, abuse, accident, alteration, negligence, vandalism, operation outside of the specifications (Not 1), unauthorized repairs or part replacement as determind solely by 2Gokiosk’s testing and/or inquiry, then no credit or refund will be issued, and repair, replacement of Product or Part thereof will be shipped only as a result of a new purchase order with 2Gokiosl.
 
1.1.1 Warranty on Touch Monitor
  If a bonded touch screen becomes inoperative optically within twelve (12) months from the date of delivery, 2GoKiosk shall replace the optically defective unit, which may include the replacement of the touch screen. This replacement does not apply operating the touch screen outside of the specification or improper handling, servicing, or installation. The bonded touch screen shall be warranted against defects excluding used outside of the following conditions for the time period as identified above.
 
1. Temperature 0C to + 50C (+65C touch screen surface temperature) unless otherwise specified in the individual component specification
2. Vibration: original individual component specifiecation.
3. Product shall not be operated in toxic fume environment.
 
1.1.1.1 Special Cleaning instructions:
  The touch screen surface must be handled optically and cleaned with solvent of 50% distilled water and 50% alcohol or equivalent, using cotton cloth. Abrasive cloth will scratch the surface and destroys the optical function of the coating.

Note 1 Refer to individual component specifications.
Note 2 In case of any conflicts between Purchase Order and this Warranty, Purchase Order supersedes this warranty.

1.2 Software
  Software shall be bug free when the unit is delivered. Within the warranty period,  2GoKiosk shall correct any problem arise based on sign-off agreed scope of the specification. This warranty does not extend to closeout software.

To correct problem outside of the specification, GoKiosk shall submit an estimated quote to the customer for approval.
   
1.3 Installation
  2Gokiosk shall support installation for the system per agreed specification. Traveling cost to the site for the installation shall be provided by customer.
   
SUPPORT
 
2.1. Technical Support
  $TBD/hour via online support provided that the webpage at customer site is working. For any reasons, the webpage is non-functional, customer shall contact local repair company to get it working at customer’s expenses.
2.2. Management Support
Para. 2.1 shall apply unless support is not feasible via online, then case-by-case contract can be arranged
   
Rental
 
3.1. Terms and Conditions TBD
   
3.2. Responsibility
All rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer. Any damage, or loss to the equipment is the responsibility of the renter and must be paid within 21 days of the original return date or late charge will apply.
JURISDICTION
  Legal action against 2GoKiosk shall be governed by the laws of State of California.
LIMITATION AND LIABILITY

2Gokiosk shall not responsible for any financial claims or other product related damages as a result of its use in customer’s products or systems. In addition, 2Gokiosk shall not be liable for customer lost profit, loss of business, direct or indirect or claim by third party as a result the use of the equipment and services.
   
CUSTOMER ACCESS, SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
  Every effort is provided by 2Gokiosk employee to protect its customers from fraudulent transactions. 2Gokiosk does not retain credit card information. 2Gokiosk will not share or rent customer’s information.

ORDER CHANGING OR CANCELING POLICY

RETURN EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
  No returns will be accepted without an issued Return Material Authorization (RMA).
   
PAYMENT POLICY
  2GoKiosk accepts following payment methods: Wire transfer, Visa Master, American Express card, COD and purchase orders. Purchase order is standard 30 Days Net and extended terns on a case by case basis.
   
SHIPPING POLICY
  All parts shall be cleaned, preserved, packed, packaged, labeled and marked in accordance with industries standard commercial practice to protect from contamination and damage during shipping. Marking on the parts shall be marked with 2Gokiosk part number (customer part number if requested) and date code.

Title to software will remain with the applicable licensor.
