Optical Bonding

INSYNC Peripherals provides optical bonding technology for use in oil field monitors and many other industrial and military purposes. Optical bonding displays are used in a broad range of applications, such as outdoor advertising, outdoor kiosks, gas stations, and in oil field monitors. We have a proven track record in the military, avionics and oil industries, with over 11,000 bonded panels supplied to gasoline stations with a zero field return record.

Optical bonding is a process that involves laminating a layer of glass over the front surface of an LCD screen. The bonding process removes any air and the gap between the LCD and the glass covering. The durability of the LCD monitor screen is enhanced through the process. This durability makes the SunLight LCD display and other monitors created through this process suitable for outdoor applications and use in harsh environments, making them suitable for oil field monitors and other industrial and military applications.

INSYNC Peripherals offers optical bonding displays in several sizes, ranging from just over five inches to forty two inches. For use in anything from small, handheld devices to large outdoor advertising displays, we have something that will fit perfectly. If you don’t find exactly what you need, contact us. We offer a range of standard and custom designs to meet the needs of our customers.
